Shot in part with Google Glass, PROJECT 2×1 is a short documentary film and grassroots initiative exploring the distinct cultures of the Hasidic and West Indian communities living side by side in the 2 mile x 1 mile area of Crown Heights.
The film was shown at the TED conference in Vancouver (2014), at India’s INK conference (2014), and at several community events where residents participated in inter-community dialogue. The film also became part of the curriculum at Medgar Evers College in Crown Heights.
